Care Support Specialist I

Role Overview

• Proactive and/or retroactive patient scheduling
• Maximize home-based provider availability and ensure timely patient visits
• Support providers by answering emails and inbound calls
• Assist with HEDIS gap closures and HRA compliance
• Multi-tasking including handling calls, texts, facsimiles, and electronic queues

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Up to 1 year of experience in an automated customer service environment
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Working knowledge of the healthcare industry strongly preferred
