Responsible for providing technical and administrative support to attorneys in the management of judicial, out-of-court and administrative proceedings.
Analyze and organize documents, enter information into internal systems and client platforms, and ensure compliance with deadlines and procedural stages.
Prepare case reports, draft low-complexity petitions and conduct asset searches to support legal decision-making.
Manage appointments and calendars, perform system queries, and ensure correct execution of operational workflows according to internal manuals and guidelines.
Contribute to continuous process improvement, supporting ISO 9001 maintenance and quality management.
Act responsibly with regard to data protection and information security, identifying risks and promoting corrective actions in processes under your responsibility.
Requirements
