You independently review applications and assist with candidate communication.
In collaboration with recruiters and hiring teams, you gain insight into modern selection processes and the candidate experience.
During the rollout of our new applicant tracking system, SmartRecruiters, you will support testing, process implementation, and the development of new ways of working.
You contribute your own ideas and help make recruiting processes more efficient and modern.
Requirements
You are enrolled in a degree program in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources or a related field.
Your studies require you to complete a mandatory internship.
You are interested in recruiting, HR topics and working with people.
You have a structured, reliable and proactive working style.
You enjoy working in a team and communicate openly and professionally.
Initial experience in an HR environment or with digital tools is a plus but not required.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills complete your profile.
