Role Overview
- Create and execute proactive communications plans that inform and unite employees
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop content and news stories
- Support content creation for intranet, newsletters, Slack channels, and digital screens
- Coordinate and manage the internal communications calendar
- Build communications for product launches, business partnerships, new market entries, and internal events
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant Communications experience
- A passion for writing and the ability to craft clear and concise prose
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Positive, self-motivating attitude
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset and fresh ideas to uncover future opportunities
- Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus
