Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
Basic knowledge of technical support
Experience in user support
Ability to follow processes and procedures
Experience with task management tools
Experience with internal platforms/systems
Experience troubleshooting login/access issues
Familiarity with browsers, cache, cookies, and access issues
