Senior Learning Manager

Role Overview

• Leads the design, development, and execution of strategic learning initiatives
• Partners directly with business leaders to assess learning needs
• Manages key learning programs and workstreams
• Drives the creation of new skillsets, onboarding frameworks, and functional training
• Coaches, mentors and manages junior associates on the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of experience working in the learning & development industry
• At least 3 years of experience in learning consultation
• At least 3 years of experience in learning curriculum design and development
• At least 3 years of experience managing the execution of training programs
• Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education or Human Resources (Preferred)
• 5 years of experience in training needs assessment and design (Preferred)
• 5 years of experience in client consulting / performance consulting (Preferred)
• 5 years of leading project teams (Preferred)
• 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking (Preferred)
