Drive the design of customer experiences by improving existing journeys and creating new ones
Leverage internal and external customer data and insights to assess and define future-state opportunities
Identify knowledge gaps and lead efforts for new consumer research
Diagnose customer journey pain points and design end-to-end experiences
Apply user-centered design methods to enhance journey designs
Partner with agile teams to translate journey designs into actionable requirements
Define and track success through key performance indicators.

7 or more years of experience
Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills
Solid knowledge and application of journey design and user-centered design methodologies
Strong project and program management capabilities
Highly self-directed and proactive with priority management
Exceptional relationship management skills with strong organizational savvy
Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders
Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
