Sourcing Specialist – Campus

Role Overview

• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates to support workforce needs
• Implement talent strategies in collaboration with advisors and specialists
• Perform screening and assessment of applicants
• Maintain positive employer brand and relationships with candidates
• Participate in career fairs and staffing events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resource or related field with HR coursework, or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years recruiting and/or sourcing experience preferred
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Networking with past candidates
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve
