You will build and execute an annual plan that supports and emphasizes employee experience.
Plan, design concepts, and execute (end-to-end) company events, team-building activities, holiday and achievement celebrations, toasts, lectures, wellness activities, and more.
Take care of employees’ lifecycle gifts, recognition, welcoming kit for new employees, etc.
Create & publish content related to employee experience for internal communication.
Collaborate with different teams including HR, Operations, Finance, and more to implement programs and initiatives that drive positive employee experience.
Work closely with suppliers and service providers.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in the employee experience field at a high-tech company
Experience in producing large-scale events
High operational skills, great multi-tasker and deadline-oriented
High energy and collaborative team player with a positive approach and spirit
Great written communication skills
Fluent English
Proven ability to initiate projects and work independently in a dynamic work environment
High proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excel, PowerPoint
Basic Graphic design skills – advantage
Experience in publishing internal corporate communications
