Requirements
- 7+ years in strategy, operations, or technology leadership in healthcare, digital health, or value-based care
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Analytical rigor
- Experience driving organizational change
- Hands-on experience evaluating and working with AI vendors and tools
- Care and thoughtfulness when it comes to patient data
- Experience at an early-stage startup or building a new function within a larger organization.
