Enabling customers to be successful using Microchip products
Coordinating with the global sales organization to ensure they have the material needed to answer customer questions
Generating and presenting training material on Microchip products to customers, distributors, partners and internal Microchip support teams
Answering questions from Field Sales engineers and customers during the development process
Creating collateral that improves the user experience for the user
Identifying gaps in current enablement material and setting goals to address gaps
Requirements
Bachelors of Science or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields with 10+ years of relevant experience
Strong Knowledge of communication protocols and wired signaling concepts
Strong experience in customer support and customer enablement
Knowledge of large and small group technical training techniques
Knowledge of program management and project management techniques
