Act as the subject matter expert for Non Maritime products driving capability building across the Sales organization through structured training, tools, and documentation
Achieve approved revenue and volume targets for VAS, Intermodal, CEVA, e‑Commerce and other non‑maritime products
Drive and execute the local non maritime sales strategy in line with HO / RO directions
Support on commercial market opportunities identified by Sales
Participate in commercial visits with sales to support non-maritime offerings
Deploy and drive the VAS sales strategy across the agency
Requirements
At least 3 years of shipping/ logistic related experience with customer relationship management and sales techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively and build rapport
Intermediate Excel proficiency
Able to analyze customer needs, track performance, and use data to drive decision-making processes
Strong drive to meet and exceed goals
Comfortable with both independent and team-based work environments, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to team success
