5+ years of experience in gift cards, retail buying, or account management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels
Willingness to travel 15% of the time; approximately 4-6 times per year
