Establish predictable delivery models through strong planning, capacity management, and dependency tracking.
Ensure production readiness, SLAs, incident management, and continuous improvement practices.
Champion engineering quality, code standards, and design best practices across teams.
Lead and scale a large, multi-team Software Engineering organization.
Partner closely with Product, Data, AI/ML, Platform, Security, and Business leaders to align priorities.

15+ years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or platform engineering.
6+ years leading large, multi-team engineering organizations (30+ engineers).
Proven experience managing managers and senior technical leaders.
Strong hands-on background in modern software engineering stacks (cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS, microservices, APIs, distributed systems).
Deep understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, reliability engineering, and cloud operations.
Strong architectural mindset with the ability to influence cross-team technical decisions.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
