End-to-end design execution: You are responsible for the complete visual production of all creatives (video editing, animations, image editing, graphic design) for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other channels.
Agile testing & iteration: Based on data-driven insights from our reports, you quickly and accurately create new creative designs.
AI workflow pioneer: You actively drive AI enablement and integration into creative workflows.
Creative concepting & copywriting: You develop visual concepts and storyboards for new campaigns.
Trend screening & market analysis: You keep your finger on the pulse, continuously analyzing creative trends on social media and competitors' ads.

4–6 years of proven professional experience in graphic design, motion design, or video editing — ideally in a hyper-growth environment (D2C, e‑commerce) with a clear focus on paid social performance ads
Excellent design craft: You have an outstanding eye for aesthetics, typography, visual language and timing in video editing.
Performance mindset: You understand that strong design must convert in a marketing context.
AI-native: Generative AI is an integral part of your toolkit.
Professional tech stack: You are highly proficient with relevant design and video editing tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut Desktop).
Hands-on mentality & project ownership: You independently manage creative projects from briefing through final delivery.
Fluent German is required.
