About this role
Role Overview
Overall responsibility for strategy, growth, revenue and operational management of the Large Enterprise Channel business in Germany
Leading and developing the Large Enterprise Channel team
Strengthening strategic partnerships to drive sustainable market and revenue growth
Executing the Tier 1 Large Enterprise Channel Strategy for Germany
Taking responsibility for revenue, margin and growth targets
Developing long-term business plans with strategic channel and carrier partners
Technical and managerial leadership of the Channel T1 Large Enterprise Team in Germany
Building, coaching and developing sales
Requirements
Extensive experience in indirect sales / channel sales within an enterprise environment
Several years’ management experience in sales or channel management
A proven track record of success in partner business development and revenue growth
Excellent knowledge of channel business models and partner ecosystems
Experience in strategy development, business planning and forecast management
Excellent understanding of the market and competition in the enterprise / ICT / software sector
