Role Overview
- Define and maintain AV platform strategy for Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Google Meet
- Design remote management framework for AV collaboration spaces
- Own AV asset inventory and lifecycle framework
- Proactively identify and remediate collaboration quality issues
- Translate AV requirements into actionable specifications for adjacent teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise AV engineering experience
- Demonstrated expertise across Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Google Meet hardware
- Deep understanding of collaboration platforms
- Proven track record managing remote AV fleet management models
- Strong command of AV signal flow, DSP fundamentals, and AV network requirements
