Drive the master brand strategy (positioning, architecture, tone of voice, and visual identity)
Responsible for bold brand experiences and athlete-led events
Hold end-to-end responsibility for major commercial moments and product launches
Establish a strategic architecture for international teams to adapt the brand while maintaining global consistency
Implement a distinctive visual design language across various mediums
Serve as the central brand authority for all internal stakeholders and lead global creative agencies
Requirements
12+ years of leadership experience in brand management
Extensive senior-level experience at a culture and lifestyle brand (e.g., Nike, Adidas, Red Bull, Gymshark level) and ideally additional agency experience as a strategic advisor or Creative Director
Ability to build brand positionings and architectures from scratch
Define excellence and make bold creative calls without needing consensus
Deeply embedded in the sports and performance community
Immediate thinking through to execution and commercial impact
Confidently handle lean resources, high ambitions, and ROI pressure
Thrive in a dynamic, PE-backed environment and fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
