Requirements
5+ years of commercial insurance experience with a proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
Demonstrated success building, managing, and growing a profitable mid-market commercial book of business within Ontario.
Established network of referral partners, centres of influence, and business relationships that generate consistent new business opportunities.
Strong hunter mentality with the ability to independently prospect, develop pipelines, and close complex commercial accounts.
Proven ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
Deep understanding of commercial P&C coverages, risk management strategies, and underwriting principles across multiple industries.
Experience structuring sophisticated insurance solutions involving multiple lines of coverage and carrier markets.
Strong market presence with the credibility and professionalism to represent HUB within the Ontario business community.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with carriers and underwriting partners to achieve optimal client outcomes.
RIBO licensed and in good standing.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
CIP, CAIB, CRM, or other industry designations are considered strong assets.
