About this role
Role Overview
- Work through a steady queue of operational tasks each day
- Enter and validate data across our systems
- Set up new employee records following country-specific processes
- Review and process new hire forms
- Handle routine contract updates using our contract management tool
- Keep ticket records current
- Flag anything that doesn't fit the standard process to a senior team member
- Communicate with Sales and Onboarding partners over Slack
- Follow documented processes and standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and genuine comfort with high-volume, process-driven work
- 2-5 years of professional experience in a data entry, operations support, administrative, or customer support role
- Reliability and self-organization
- Basic comfort with software systems
- A clear, professional communication style over chat and email
- Prior exposure to any CRM, contract management tool, or ERP system is a bonus
- Experience in a SaaS, HR tech, payroll, or global employment environment is a bonus
- Familiarity with employment concepts across different countries is helpful context for the work we do
