Supports the payroll function for the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region by assisting with end-to-end payroll processes across approximately twelve countries and supporting timekeeping globally.
Gathers and verifies payroll and time-tracking inputs, reviews calculated results, and supports accurate, timely payroll execution in compliance with local country regulations.
Conducts payroll and timecard variance reviews, supporting government and regulatory filings, maintaining accurate payroll and timekeeping data, and responding to employee questions related to pay, taxes, and time reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
Advanced English and Spanish speaking, reading, and writing required
Equivalent education, training and/or certification may be substituted for experience and education shown above
