About this role
Role Overview
- Assist in daily listing checks and basic product content updates
- Support campaign preparation (pricelists, promo files, listing validation)
- Monitor campaigns and assist during mega campaign “salubongs”
- Help update order, returns and reconciliation trackers
- Coordinate with Ops PIC for basic reconciliation and discrepancy checks
- Handle simple customer service inquiries using approved templates
- Pull platform data for weekly reports and performance summaries
- Support general administrative tasks for ecommerce operations
Requirements
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail, affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving and hands-on execution
- Fast learner and committed to get the job done
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of local E-Commerce / Beauty / Fashion industries will be a plus
