Role Overview
- Provides vital support to the People team
- Maintains accurate employee records
- Supports onboarding and off-boarding administration
- Ensures documents and systems are kept up to date
- Acts as the first point of contact for routine queries
- Assists People Business Partners to deliver organized services
Requirements
- Experience of working in a fast paced complex environment
- In-depth knowledge of people policies and processes across the full employee lifecycle
- Coordinating the onboarding process
- Providing clear advice and support on people policies
- Managing the off-boarding process
- Supporting the payroll process by providing accurate employee data
- Preparing and issuing key documentation with attention to detail
