About this role
Role Overview
- Support the legal team in a variety of tasks that may change on a day-to-day basis
- Assist in drafting all documentation required for M&A transactions under Maltese corporate law
- Take an active role in cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and redomiciliation projects, as well as in setting up and administering trusts and foundations
- Assist with day-to-day casework and liaise directly with clients and relevant authorities
- Manage individual client relationships independently
Requirements
- Doctor of Laws / Master of Advocacy
- Candidates who are not warranted lawyers are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- A genuine passion for Corporate Law
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
