Plan and execute local marketing initiatives for Norway, with a particular focus on webinars, events, partnerships, and other field marketing activities
Support the growth and visibility of Physica, Psykbase, and Nora in the Norwegian market through localised campaigns and communications
Coordinate webinars and physical events end-to-end, including logistics, promotion, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination
Maintain and improve the Norwegian web presence across product pages, landing pages, campaign pages, and local content
Ensure clear and effective communication to existing customers and prospects, supporting product launches, feature adoption, migration initiatives, and commercial campaigns
Collaborate closely with regional Sales, Support, and Product teams to align messaging and local market priorities
Support localisation and adaptation of central marketing initiatives for the Norwegian market
Track performance of campaigns and initiatives, helping identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology, healthcare, or a similar fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and execution skills: comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Experience supporting or running events, webinars, or field marketing initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including web, email, and campaign execution
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and central Marketing teams
Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently while staying aligned with broader GTM priorities
