Role Overview

• Oversee development of healthcare AI and GenAI solutions
• Lead data science engagements, innovate delivery processes
• Maintain operational excellence and engage health system leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 12 years of experience in healthcare data science, health IT, or AI solution development
• 6-7 years experience at a health system
• Domain expertise in healthcare value chain (Claims, Pharmacy, Finance, Clinical Domains)
• Python-based development, analytical modeling, prompt engineering skills
• Experience in healthcare AI solutions and MLOps practices
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms
