Role Overview
- Manage complex client files
- Provide technical support to clients
- Monitor the activity of the Accounting Expertise division
- Lead the Accounting Expertise team and ensure regulatory monitoring
- Participate in the preparation of annual performance reviews and in recruitment processes
Requirements
- Master’s degree (e.g., Master CCA) or DSCG
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as an accounting engagement manager
- Ideally, proven experience managing an Accounting Expertise team
- Proficient with accounting software and IT tools
- Strong accounting, tax and legal knowledge
- Analytical skills and critical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
