Strategic Sales Support: Close collaboration with our sales teams to identify, prepare and develop new clients
Meeting Preparation: Structured pre
and post-meeting preparation for client and strategy meetings, including compiling relevant information and insights as a basis for decisions
ROI & Contract Management: Support in creating and preparing ROI analyses, contracts and other sales-related documents
Sales Enablement: Help shape and optimize efficient sales processes and support the development of sales activities, campaigns and strategic initiatives
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across the sales organization and take on tasks with high visibility and responsibility in day-to-day operations
Client Experience & Projects: Opportunity to actively participate in client projects, support initial calls, prepare pitches for trade shows and events, and accompany strategic client meetings
Requirements
Educational Background: Currently studying Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field – ideally with a focus on Sales, Strategy or Entrepreneurship and experience or interest in strategic B2B topics
Sales Mindset: Highly self-motivated with a strong interest in sales and client communication
Communication Skills: Confident and professional demeanor with enjoyment in interacting with clients, stakeholders and internal teams
Hands-on Mentality: Independent, structured and proactive working style with eagerness to drive topics forward and take responsibility
Practical Experience: Preferably initial experience in a startup or sales environment, for example through internships or working-student positions
Language Skills: Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Team & Growth Mindset: Team player with a quick grasp of new topics and enthusiasm for developing professionally in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
