Lead workshops to identify customer pain points and architect custom solutions that integrate with their existing tech stack.
Own the technical execution of PoCs and trials, ensuring success criteria are met to facilitate deal closure.
Confidently present complex security concepts and business value to stakeholders ranging from security engineers to C-level executives (CISOs, CIOs).
Respond to RFPs and RFIs, and create reusable technical artefacts like reference architectures and playbooks.
Support resellers and partners through training and joint customer engagements.
Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to share product roadmaps.
Help Sales team to accurately forecast opportunities.
Requirements
Typically 3–5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (presales or solutions engineering) within the cybersecurity or SaaS space.
Deep knowledge of the SSE market, including Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
Familiarity with cloud-native security, network security architectures, and hybrid cloud environments.
Strong 'storytelling' and whiteboarding abilities to translate complex technical challenges into clear business outcomes.
