Role Overview
- Lead financial planning and analysis for Optical and Hearing businesses
- Own the financial models behind short
- and long-range plans
- Test the assumptions that shape financial plans and translate results into recommendations
- Serve as a trusted finance voice to senior leadership
- Build and maintain financial models that support merchandising decisions, forecasts, and long-range plans
- Partner with Merchandise leaders to monitor performance and surface risks and opportunities
- Translate financial results, variances, and assumptions into clear narratives for senior leadership
- Lead execution of the planning calendar by setting priorities and removing obstacles
- Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
- 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
- 1 year’s supervisory experience
- Analyzing data and interpreting results
- Microsoft Office
- Working in a large, complex, matrixed organization
