Lead financial planning and analysis for Optical and Hearing businesses
Own the financial models behind short
and long-range plans
Test the assumptions that shape financial plans and translate results into recommendations
Serve as a trusted finance voice to senior leadership
Build and maintain financial models that support merchandising decisions, forecasts, and long-range plans
Partner with Merchandise leaders to monitor performance and surface risks and opportunities
Translate financial results, variances, and assumptions into clear narratives for senior leadership
Lead execution of the planning calendar by setting priorities and removing obstacles
Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
1 year’s supervisory experience
Analyzing data and interpreting results
Microsoft Office
Working in a large, complex, matrixed organization
