Role Overview
Lead the development and execution of seasonal fashion design strategies aligned with brand vision and market trends.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, textile design, or related area and 13 years’ experience in apparel design, garment construction, or related area.
15 years’ experience in apparel design, garment construction, or related area.
10 years’ supervisory experience.
Extensive expertise in fashion design principles, including visual communication, sketching, illustration, and fit concepts.
Strong knowledge of color theory, print execution, fabric selection, and prototype development processes.
Proven ability to set brand vision and lead seasonal design concepts aligned with business objectives.
Experience driving innovation in materials and design fit strategies across multiple brands and categories.
Proficiency with design enablement tools such as PLM, CAD, 3D modeling, and AI-enhanced systems.
Skilled in integrating market trends, customer insights, into commercially viable product strategies.
Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and advancing design operations through process improvements.
Ability to influence senior leadership and external partners with compelling product narratives.
