Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of an IT Security Metrics Dashboard using Microsoft Power BI
Collaborate with the security team to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant data sources
Connect, transform, and model data from multiple systems to produce accurate, actionable visualizations
Document data sources, report logic, and dashboard usage guidelines
Audit existing CMDB records to identify duplicates, outdated entries, and missing attributes
Work with IT infrastructure and operations teams to validate and reconcile asset data
Assist in reviewing and cleansing customer master data records to ensure completeness and accuracy
Identify and help resolve duplicate, inconsistent, or incomplete customer records

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools (coursework or personal projects acceptable)
Basic understanding of database concepts, data quality principles, or IT asset management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL or data querying is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
