Role Overview
- Develop and lead the HR AI change management strategy for Synchrony
- Partner across the business with senior leadership and functional HR
- Establish a consistent framework for assessing AI-driven workforce impacts
- Define and measure key success indicators for AI adoption
- Lead efforts to help employees understand how their role will evolve with AI
- Create experiences that build confidence, trust, and excitement about AI
- Partner with Communications and Learning teams to craft messaging
- Support leaders and managers in guiding their teams through change
- Embed People Risk governance into AI delivery
- Anticipate people risks associated with leveraging AI and create controls
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR and organizational change experience
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- Proven success leading large-scale change initiatives that impact workforce roles, culture, and capability
- Understanding of AI concepts and their implications for workforce transformation
- Strong strategic thinking, influence, and communication skills
- Experience working in highly matrixed, global organizations
- Demonstrated curiosity and systems thinking
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
