About this role

Create engaging videos based on conceptual briefs
Edit and finalize videos, working on pacing, cuts, soundtracks, captions, text, and visual style
Adapt content for different platforms
Work with tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects
Integrate AI tools into the workflow
Propose creative ideas
Collaborate with design, traffic and content teams
Manage deadlines autonomously
Participate in video review and approval processes

Proven experience in video production and editing with a portfolio demonstrating technical mastery and narrative sensitivity
Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar
Knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics is a plus
Knowledge of AI tools applied to video and image creation
Ability to develop engaging visual narratives
Creative and operational autonomy
Understanding of the differences between formats and platforms
Proactive, up-to-date with trends, tools, and new possibilities in audiovisual production
Good communication skills, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and openness to feedback
