Support and provide technical direction to the engineering team, promoting development best practices (Clean Code, TDD, Code Review, etc.) and helping advance the technical careers of squad members
Develop and maintain a flexible, robust software architecture that enables rapid experiments (A/B tests, new onboarding flows, freemium features) without compromising product stability
Actively collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to enable agile implementations focused on the user journey and funnel metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue)
Ensure proper product data instrumentation to support user behavior analysis and data-driven decision making
Contribute to the development of complex features and resolve critical technical issues, serving as a role model for the team
Continuously evaluate the product from the user's perspective, proposing technical improvements that make the (self-service) user experience increasingly smooth and autonomous.

Experience as a Tech Lead or in technical leadership positions (senior with a mentoring and guidance profile)
Strong experience in Backend development using Java and/or Ruby
Strong experience in Frontend development using React and/or Angular
Good knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, microservices and APIs
Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases, as well as CI/CD best practices
Familiarity with analytics and instrumentation tools and concepts (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Segment)
Strong communication skills, ability to translate technical terms for the business and ease working in agile, multidisciplinary environments
Will be a plus: previous experience in SaaS companies with a PLG (Product-Led Growth) model
Will be a plus: experience in ecosystems that mix or migrate between different technology stacks (e.g., Java, Ruby, React, Angular)
Will be a plus: experience implementing A/B tests, self-service onboarding flows, paywalls, or in-app engagement tools (e.g., Pendo, Intercom)
Will be a plus: knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP or Azure) and DevOps practices.
