Role Overview
- Overseeing the sales team's activities and strategies to increase the company's revenue.
- Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding of Reps.
- Evaluate existing Rep Network.
- Provide ongoing technical training on products, applications, specifications, and competitive advantages.
- Set clear sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in sales and management positions, particularly within the manufacturing sector.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of local competition and general industry trends.
