Role Overview
- Keep documents and information up to date for the PSP (Patient Support Program) team;
- Monitor the status of pending inquiries and PSP processes;
- Ensure that adverse events, suspected counterfeits, and product complaints are properly reported;
- Create and update PSP dashboards based on program indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field;
- Advanced English;
- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as Patient Educator or direct patient support;
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel and Power BI.
