Consolidate, analyze and interpret credit data, with a focus on the “Crédito do Trabalhador” (Worker Credit) product.
Extract data from internal databases, validate data consistency and structure analyses that support strategic decision-making.
Build and monitor KPIs, dashboards and comparative analyses using Power BI and Excel.
Develop data storytelling, translating complex analyses into clear, concise executive presentations.
Lead and/or support presentations to executive committees and board forums.
Support credit risk studies, allowance for expected credit losses (PDD) and commercial impact analyses of adopted policies and strategies.
Work in partnership with Product, Commercial, Collections and Data teams, ensuring alignment between strategy, risk and business growth.

Previous experience as a Data Analyst (Mid-level or Senior), preferably in a banking or financial context.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation (intermediate level).
Experience with Power BI for building and analyzing dashboards and KPIs.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with emphasis on executive-level presentations.
Ability to translate data into insights and clear narratives for decision-making.
Strong communication skills and professional presence for interaction with leadership and committees.
Experience with credit products, especially payroll-deductible loans or Worker Credit.
Background in credit risk analyses, PDD and commercial impact studies.
Familiarity with Thinkcell for automating and speeding up presentation creation.
Experience working in environments with a strong interface between data, product and business areas.
Comfort operating in strategic contexts with high executive exposure.
