About this role
Role Overview
Provide first
and second-level technical support for end-user computing (PCs and peripherals).
Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
Provide user support in person, by phone, via remote access or through service desk tools.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and operating system issues.
Perform installation and updates of corporate software.
Configure user accounts, email, access rights and permissions.
Assist with IT asset administration and equipment inventory control.
Log support activities, applied solutions and ticket status in the system.
Ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
Support backup routines, information security and internal IT policies.
Escalate critical issues to specialized teams when necessary.
Requirements
Technical vocational education in IT or related area.
Experience providing end-user/microcomputer support.
