Understand customers' requirements, short-, mid-, and long-term objectives and challenges via regular customer calls and on-site meetings
Promote new products, technical developments, and provide guidance to customers
Support all technical activities until mass production, including answering technical questions, handling documentation, samples, conducting regular technical meetings with customers, tracking progress and milestones, driving internal development and quality teams to fulfill customers' requirements, and managing troubleshooting with HQ
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the customer's organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical/product marketing, and executive management, to ensure customer needs are met and a trusted partnership is established
Identify and report future trends, new demands, and competition
Follow-up and attend industry events
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics or related disciplines
Demonstrated technical expertise in the semiconductor industry and computing systems such as Server, PC, and Embedded systems
In-depth knowledge of DRAM and NAND technologies is a strong plus
Comprehensive understanding of the IT industry (Server and DC markets), particularly in the memory sector, is an advantage
Minimum 7 years of experience in Field Application Engineer (FAE) or similar positions in Sales and Marketing functions
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Strong technical marketing and business development capabilities, along with commercial sense
Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills
