Lead the development, execution, and delivery of digital and mobile technology solutions supporting TD Insurance
Provide technology leadership across customer-facing digital and mobile self-service platforms
Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable experiences across channels
Define and drive the technology vision and roadmap for digital and mobile platforms
Oversee complex, cross-functional technology initiatives with significant interdependencies
Build and maintain strong stakeholder, partner, and vendor relationships
Ensure initiatives related to security, risk management, and regulatory compliance are effectively governed and delivered

Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
Graduate degree preferred
Insurance Technology experience preferred / digital transformation experience
Large technology team leadership experience
15+ years of development and technology delivery experience with Agile Delivery Experience preferred
