Role Overview
- Lead a highly complex and diverse governance function
- Provide oversight to senior and management-level committees/forums
- Effectively communicate with senior-level stakeholders across all lines of defense
- Coordinate and prepare presentations and deliverables to meet targeted deadlines
- Manage special projects
- Hire the best talent and develop staff
- Develop and implement business management strategies in support of overall business strategy
- Oversee/manage work activities that require alignment across multiple areas
- Identify issues and recommend action to senior management
- Act as a strategic partner by leading relationships with key enterprise partners
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required
- 10+ years related experience
