About this role
Role Overview
- Collects, analyzes and maintains cost data to produce quarterly and annual financial reports used by management
- Assists in development, preparation, review and evaluation of annual strategic planning project and budgeting process
- Develops and prepares presentation of complex financial results to administration relative to clinical study revenue
- Ensures accuracy and thoroughness of reports along with retaining them for future reference and development
- Designs/implements database applications for billing and invoicing using variety of FIS/FOCUS/IDX related applications
- Prepares and reviews monthly sponsor billing for clinical research
- Tracks revenue and outstanding invoices
- Act as backup to process documents related to reimbursement of employee expenses
- Examines financial data to project short and long-term outcomes for clinical research
- Participates in the development, preparation, review, and evaluation of new processes related to external clinical study payments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
- Relevant Experience (3 Years)
