Collects, analyzes and maintains cost data to produce quarterly and annual financial reports used by management
Assists in development, preparation, review and evaluation of annual strategic planning project and budgeting process
Develops and prepares presentation of complex financial results to administration relative to clinical study revenue
Ensures accuracy and thoroughness of reports along with retaining them for future reference and development
Designs/implements database applications for billing and invoicing using variety of FIS/FOCUS/IDX related applications
Prepares and reviews monthly sponsor billing for clinical research
Tracks revenue and outstanding invoices
Act as backup to process documents related to reimbursement of employee expenses
Examines financial data to project short and long-term outcomes for clinical research
Participates in the development, preparation, review, and evaluation of new processes related to external clinical study payments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
