Maintain and grow business partnerships with schools and other organizations.
Lead private schools in accreditation and management of school activities.
Ensure day-to-day operations meet academic and financial KPIs.
Support Heads of Schools in effective budget and human resource management.
Successfully launch new private school programs.
Analyze data to improve student achievement.
Manage relationships and support for partnerships.
Oversee compliance and reporting for accreditation and agency relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 15+ years related experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong knowledge of K-12 education market, systems and networks
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively through various mediums (presentations, phone, email, web conferences, etc.)
Team player approach, proven ability to work successfully with teams and individuals
Ability to maintain multiple development projects in a fast-paced, results -driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel; Web proficiency.
