Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end branding and graphic design projects, from initial concept to final delivery.
- Develop and evolve brand identities and visual languages for diverse clients.
- Create marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, booklets, and literature.
- Collaborate directly with clients, presenting ideas and solutions in a professional manner.
- Manage multiple deliverables independently while maintaining high-quality output.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials.

Requirements
- 7+ years of professional graphic design and branding experience
- Proven ownership of end-to-end branding projects, from concept through final delivery
- Experience working independently as the primary owner of design deliverables
- Portfolio showcasing real client branding work in active use, shared via Google Drive with work in English only
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, PowerPoint, and Canva
- Experience designing marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and booklets
- Experience leading live client calls and presentations
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Experience working at a large US-based agency
- Availability to work US Eastern Time (EST/ET) business hours
