12+ years in enterprise technical delivery
8+ years in a technical leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
Hands-on proficiency with modern enterprise digital platform technologies including JS, REST, GraphQL, Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerized services, cloud-native architecture, and applied AI integration patterns
Direct architectural experience with multiple Adobe enterprise platforms such as Adobe Commerce, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Edge Delivery Services, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe App Builder, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Firefly, etc.
Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile delivery processes
Ability to communicate and document technical designs clearly to both internal and external audiences
Capability of training, mentoring, and developing technical staff, senior engineers, and Technical Architects
