As an Industrial Designer, you will contribute to creating impactful consumer products, from initial concepts through market launch.
You will work on design projects across multiple categories, developing and applying your industrial design skills while learning about different processes, categories, and challenges.
Your work will involve creative workshops, concept development, and participation in large-scale execution, always grounded in user-centered, sustainable, and innovative thinking.
Lead end-to-end industrial design for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with global design strategy and brand vision.
Develop compelling design solutions using 3D software and visualization tools.
Create detailed CAD models with high-quality surfacing, prototypes, and production-ready data with precision and intent.
Set project schedules, facilitate team discussions, and synthesize contributions into a clear design direction.
Contribute to the evolution of the company’s design language, CMF (color, material, finish) strategy, and product identity.
Champion user-centered design and best practices across the organization.
Participate in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS / EAI).
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Design or equivalent.
Solid professional experience in industrial/product design, with a portfolio demonstrating launched products.
Proven track record of projects from concept through production.
Proficiency in 3D CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Keyshot, and Microsoft 365. (Rhino is desirable; Alias is a plus.)
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and design for production.
Advanced English.
