Role Overview
- Inspection of residential, commercial and specialized properties, inside and out
- Coordination and scheduling of route planning by the service team
- Conducting 5 pre-planned daily rounds with approx. 40 appointments per week
- Assessment and documentation of the structural/technical condition of properties
- Taking measurements, calculating living areas, and documenting construction status and maintenance measures
- Digital communication with colleagues about current team matters
Requirements
- Affinity for real estate and some initial experience in the real estate sector, or strong interest in the field
- Ideally experience with living area calculations and measurement surveying
- Strong communication skills, reliability and ability to work independently
- Accuracy, conscientiousness and responsible conduct
- Service-oriented and friendly demeanor, even in stressful situations
- Proficiency in Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook
- Class B driving licence and driving experience
- Very good written and spoken German
