Role Overview
- Deliver impactful and insightful analysis across the organization.
- Help execute Financial Planning and Analysis duties for the Fidelity Health organization.
- Provide insightful monthly P and L analysis, KPI management, and support ongoing adhoc analytics.
- Consolidate business unit results and deliver a concise executive summary.
- Support the creation of detailed financial plans for revenue, expense, and headcount.
- Partner and communicate with business and Finance partners.
- Help define key performance indicators (KPI) and support ongoing tracking efforts.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 5 years of professional experience in Finance; 3 years of experience with advanced degree.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexibility and the skill to both lead and contribute to teams.
- Strong skills in MS Excel, PivotTables and PowerPoint along with experience in NGAV, Anaplan, PowerBI and DOMO.
