Senior Analyst, IT QA

Role Overview

• Develop, execute, and review automated test plans, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Lead the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks & suites, effectively integrated into CI/CD pipelines
• Communicate quality status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders throughout delivery cycle
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level QC engineers, providing technical coaching and feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or quality control engineering
• Familiar with test automation tools: UFT/Selenium
• Familiar with postman test/ soap UI/ UI portals/DB testing
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Proven ability to mentor, influence, and lead without direct authority.
